Excel spreadsheet format for importing addresses

There are several excel formats that work well with our route planner, almost any format you’ll try will be uploaded
and ready to be used.

We strongly recommend that the addresses will be as accurate as possible and include zip-codes as this will help
in the route planning process and create more efficient routes.

These are a few Excel formats, for your convenience but remember – there isn’t any one single correct format
that works with our route planner.

Sample 1:
All address fields are in the same column and they should get the header “Address” and will be recognized in the route planner.
When you import this file, you can change the headers for Package# and Comments to be “Title” and you’ll have all these details
under “Title”, separated by commas.

Sample 3:
This spreadsheet has service time in minutes that should get the header “Service Time” and will be considered
in the route calculation process.
