Terms of Service

This is an agreement between you as a user and MyRouteOnline.

All software or services are referred to in this agreement as ‘service’. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
General conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Technical support is available to all account holders via email.
You understand that MyRouteOnline uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
MyRouteOnline does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
The failure of MyRouteOnline to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and MyRouteOnline and govern your use of the Service, super-ceding any prior agreements between you and MyRouteOnline (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Service use
MyRouteOnline offers a free and paid version of this service. An entirely free version is available for users who do not wish to register and are able to plan up to 3 addresses.
In order to plan more addresses you are required to register to our service. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Once you register with MyRouteOnline you can plan routes with up to 6 addresses free of charge and are able to use our 20 credits free trial. 1 credit equals 1 address. This free version does not include saving, reloading, exporting or emailing routes. In order to plan a greater number of addresses or have the ability to export and email your routes, you are required to make the necessary payment through PayPal or 2checkout. In order to have a full access to all the service’s features, you are required to subscribe to our Classic, Premium, or Business plans. Saving and reloading routes are available with our Classic, Premium, or Business plans. Customers subscribed to one of these three plans can save unlimited number of routes online. Routes that were successfully saved are saved online as long as the recurring subscription is active. Saved routes can be reloaded by clicking on the “Reload” button. In using the service, you at all times agree to: i) Not use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in any unlawful way; ii) Comply with all terms of service we may require; iii) Keep your username and password secret; and iv) Immediately notify MyRouteOnline about any security breach related to our service.
Forbidden use of Service
In using the service, you at all times agree not to: i) Engage in or abet any unlawful conduct; ii) Harm any third party; iii) Use the service as a destination linked from any unsolicited bulk commercial messages; iv) Use any automated process or service to access the service; v) Copy or any part of the service; vi) Damage the service or the network connected to the service; vii) Resell or redistribute any part of the service. You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the service, MyRouteOnline, or any other MyRouteOnline service.
Account responsibility
As a user registered to this service, you are the only one to use the account you created. As an exception, for your convenience, we may set up an associated account that will share the credits with your “master” account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your account and/or all associated accounts. You may not authorize any third party to access and/or use the service on your behalf. MyRouteOnline.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
Privacy
MyRouteOnline respects the privacy of our customers and others with whom we correspond. We never sell or share detailed customer information with anyone. We never share e-mail contents (as a testimonial for example) without an expressed permission.
We do maintain a customer database. We may send emails to inform our customers of new product releases or services available and other information that they may find interesting.
We may also contact our customers via surveys to conduct research about our current or potential services. We may make use of customers’ company name as a way to communicate our sales message to prospective customers. For example, if your company purchases a license, we may add your company’s name to the list of customers shown on our web site. We always honor requests to remove a company name from that list.
Agreement changes
By using MyRouteOnline.com, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). MyRouteOnline.com reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel and stop using our service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
No warranty
We rely on information provided by third parties to provide the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information provided by such third parties, or the information provided to you while using the service. We give no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. Please note that the route plans and directions suggested by MyRouteOnline should always be used as a guide only and you should always drive in accordance with national rules, regulations, and roads codes. The directions suggested by MyRouteOnline may not take into consideration various issues like: road conditions, temporarily road closures, turn restrictions, emergency access roads, height regulations, direction of traffic, one-way systems and optimal routing. No representation is made or warranty given as to the content or usability of the directions or their appropriateness for any particular trip or vehicle. MyRouteOnline assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay whatsoever resulting from use of its suggested route plans and directions.
Liability limitation
You expressly understand and agree that MyRouteOnline shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if MyRouteOnline has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;
(iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
You may recover only direct damages up to the amount equal to the lesser of amounts you paid to MyRouteOnline to use our service. You will not be able to recover any other damages, including consequential, business interruption, lost profits, indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
Service changes
We may change the service or features at any time and for any reason. We may update our service with a pre-release version that may not work properly, or not as the final version will work. There may be interruptions or extended downtimes to the service. We may significantly change the final version or decide not to release a final version at all, or at any time change or alter the service provided, including add or remove features. We may cancel or suspend your service at any time. Our cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice and will not alter your obligation to pay all charges already made. If we cancel the service in its entirety without cause we will issue a refund corresponding to the portion of your remaining credits.
Payment
We charge 1 single credit for each address that is planned. We offer a number of credits packages that all can be purchased through PayPal or 2checkout with a PayPal account or credit card, respectively. For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. When you create a billing account, you must be authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge you for the service in advance through PayPal or 2checkout, for a one-time or a recurring subscription, depending on your choice of package. To avoid unnecessary charges, if you wish to cancel a recurring subscription you should do that before the next payment cycle.
Credits expiration date
All credits have an expiration date: Free trial 20 credits are valid for 7 days; Pay As You Go credits are valid for 90 days; Fixed-Monthly-Payment credits are valid for 30 days and automatically renewed every month. We may cancel your access to the free service at any time, and without prior notice, during the trial period, or may unilaterally end the trial period.
The updated Pay As You Go credits, starting November 2020, are valid for 12 months. Monthly plans credits renew every 30 days as before.
Prices
Prices are valid for a limited period which is written in our pricing page. When a period as such ends we may change the price of the service. If you purchased a recurring subscription based on a specific price, we will not change that as long as the subscription is active. If you choose to end a recurring subscription and purchase a new subscription after a price increase, you’ll be charged for the new price.
Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, we will offer our assistance or provide a refund at your request, provided no more than 50% and less than 100 of the credits have been used.
Service cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time, with or without cause. If you cancel your service, your credits will be valid until the end of your current service time length. Canceling can be done directly through PayPal or 2checkout by canceling the profile or by contacting MyRouteOnline with a clear cancellation request at [email protected].
Copyrights
All contents of the service, including but not limited to the name MyRouteOnline, are owned by MyRouteOnline, all rights reserved. We own the title, copyright and all intellectual property rights associated with the service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written permission by MyRouteOnline. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
