How do I choose the best package? Your decision depends on the number of addresses you usually have in each route plan and the number of routes you plan a month. Add these numbers and choose the package that allows you to plan this number of addresses.
What am I charged for? Route plans with more than 6 addresses are charged for the entire route – one single credit for each address you plan.
How am I charged if I re-plan a route? Within 30 days, if you re-plan a route without changing its address list, you are not charged at all. If you re-plan a route within this time frame and slightly change the address list, you’ll be charged only for the new addresses you add.
*Cancellation and money-back policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, we will either work with you until the problem is resolved or provide a prompt and courteous refund at your request, provided no more than 50% and less than 100 of the credits have been used.
