Part A: Connect MyRouteOnline to Claude
This is a one-time setup. Once connected, Claude can plan and optimize your routes directly in the chat.

1. Go to Claude.ai Settings (click your profile icon → Settings)
2. Navigate to the Integrations or Connectors section
3. Click Add a custom MCP server
4. Paste in the URL: https://planner.myrouteonline.com/ws_api_ai/mcp
5. Save and authorize the connection

Part B: Plan Your Route with Claude
Once connected, planning a route is as simple as having a conversation.

1. Go back to Claude chat and insert your addresses (type, paste a list, describe your stops, or say something like “my usual Monday route plus two new stops”)
2. Provide your email address when prompted for authentication.
3. Enter the 6-digit one-time code you receive by email.
4. Review your optimized route presented as a table or an interactive map.
