MyRoute on iOS – Request a Refund

If you purchased our Mini plan via Apple and you would like your payment reversed, you should contact Apple to request a refund. MyRoute app is an App Store product, the funds go to Apple and as such, only apple can give refunds for App Store products. Apple can choose to issue a refund, or not, at their discretion, and you should have a valid reason for this request.

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Go to and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Click Report a Problem next to MyRoute app.

  4. Choose the reason why you request a refund.

Allow up to 48 hours to receive an update. If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method you used to buy our app. The time is takes for the funds to appear on your account or statement depends on your payment method (between 48 hours to 90 days).
