Add Delivery Status and Comments to your Tracking report

Use our Route Planner App to track deliveries in a smarter way

When you arrive at your destination, the status will be changed to Visited and you’ll be able to edit that.

Visited

1. To track deliveries and add comments make sure to report Arrival and Live Tracking under Settings.
2. Select the Arrival Notification Behavior you want when arriving at a destination:

3. To edit your delivery status or add a comment to a stop, click the status:
