  1. I’ve optimized a route and saved it to my account. Now I need to be able to track it. I need to send the route to the driver and I want to know if the driver needs to have his own account with MyRouteOnline?

    Answer: Anyone who has the emailed route-plan can use it for navigation, without the need to create their own account. Your driver needs to install MyRoute app and then click the link in the email. This will open MyRoute app with the route you’ve sent.

  2. It’s good that you saved it, because this way the tracking feature is enabled. Make sure the driver gives location permission.
