Navigate Using Our Mobile App

  1. Is the MyRoute app functionality just to navigate to 1 stop at a time? Or can it be imported into google maps as the entire route including every stop?

    Answer: The MyRoute App sends addresses to your preferred navigation app (Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps), one address at a time for navigation. You can view the entire route on a map as well, but the map will not be interactive or navigable. We will soon launch the option to send multiple stops to Google Maps.


  2. Do the app and the web version sync automatically? I’ve added information to a completed route but this info is missing from the web route planner
    Answer: The MyRoute app and the web version do not sync with each other automatically. If you have added stops to a route, or added some information to the stops, then you should save the new stops as a complete list. The way to do that is by going to the stops list in the 3 bars menu and select Stops List. Then tap the three dots in the upper right and select “Save Stops”. This will save a new list to your account and the list will be available from the web version, including any comments you have added.
