  1. The program lets me log in and do it initially by signing in thru Facebook. Later I tried to log in again to print and it would not allow it. The first time it would not let me sign in any way except thru Facebook.
    Answer: If you signed in with Facebook, you need to keep using Facebook to sign in, since we don’t have a username in our system. For your convenience, you can create a new account with our system, with your email and not Facebook and use that to log in.

  2. When I´ve paid for using ROUTE PLANNER I was thinking of using my routes everywhere, so that we don’t have to download the software. I thought I could work on my routes either on my job computer, or my home computer, but I realized this is not possible.
    Answer: You are in no way “attached” to the computer you’ve signed in on. You can use MyRouteOnline from any computer anywhere in the world. When you open the program, please go to the upper right hand corner and click on the “gear” icon. This will open a menu from which you can choose “Login”. Simply log in with your credentials and you are ready to go.

  3. I don’t remember my password, please help/
    Answer: To retrieve your password, simply open the Route Planner and click Members Login. Then, insert your username and click “Forgot password”. A password reminder will be emailed to you.
