How do I cancel?

No minimum time commitment

Fixed Monthly plans can be canceled at any time without penalty.
To cancel your account go to Account Details and click Cancellation Options.
Select your reason for canceling and send your request.
This wizard does not cancel your subscription but merely sends us your cancellation request.
Make sure your get your cancellation confirmation from our support team.

Canceling can also be done directly through PayPal (at paypal.com) or 2checkout (at 2checkout.com).
If you subscribed using PayPal, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your PayPal account.
  2. View your subscription details of MyRouteOnline.
  3. Click cancel and verify that it was changed to “Canceled”.

If you subscribed using 2checkout, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your 2checkout account.
  2. View your subscription details of MyRouteOnline.
  3. Click “Stop this Recurring” and verify that it was changed to “Recurring Billing Stopped”.

Alternately, we can cancel your subscription for you. Please email us at: unsubscribe@myrouteonline.com.
When you email us, make sure to write the email address associated with your payment, and kindly clarify your reason for canceling our service.

Cancellation and money-back policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, we will offer our assistance or provide a refund at your request, provided no more than 50% and less than 100 of the credits have been used.
