Extended Trips is located under the second tab named GOALS.
This feature allows you to plan a multi-day trip. It is relevant when you plan to travel for a few days, and start each day as a completely different day with a different start address. Each day is basically a different route.

This is how your 5 days trip will look like:

Extended Trips is based on the number of working hours per day, allowing the user to plan routes a few days ahead.
As opposed to Number of routes that all start and the same address, with Extended Trips, the first route starts at your Start Address at the next route always starts where the previous route (day) ends.
