Do you offer customer support?

We provide unlimited 24/7 email support for all our customers. Emails are answered by our qualified support team members. By providing assistance via email, we can offer MyRouteOnline at a lower cost.

What do you charge for this service?

You can choose to pay as you go from $24 for a 50 credits.
We also offer monthly subscription plans that offer greater value for money.

Is MyRoute app free?

MyRoute by MyRouteOnline is an easy to use navigation assistant for Android, iPhone, Tablets, and iPads.
It is free for navigation and if you wish to optimize your route, you’ll need to enter up to 6 addresses or purchase a subscription.

How do I pay to plan my routes?

We offer two payment methods – PayPal or 2Checkout.

What do you do with the information I enter?

We only use the informationto plan your routes. We never sell or share detailed customer information with anyone. We never share email content (as a testimonial, for example) without expressed permission from you.

Do you offer a customized version for companies?

Yes. If you wish to have a white label version of MyRouteOnline, we will create a customized website at additional costs. Your customized version will remain a web service and all the upgrades and support will be available.

How do I cancel?

Canceling your account can be done directly through PayPal or 2checkout as explained here.
Alternately, we can cancel your subscription for you. Please email us at [email protected]. When you email us, make sure to include the email address you used with PayPal and kindly clarify your reason for canceling our service.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, we will offer our assistance or provide a refund at your request, provided no more than 50% and less than 100 addresses have been used.

Are there any termination fees?

There are no cancellation nor termination fees.

You may cancel your account at anytime and there are no termination fees or any other hidden fees at all.
