How to Add POD with the MyRoute App

The POD (Proof of Delivery) feature allows you and your drivers to record deliveries, upload photos, and track visit status in real-time, giving you clear visibility into what happened at each stop.
Here’s how to set it up and use it step by step:

1. Save Your Route First
   Before using POD, make sure your route is saved.
   Just like with Route Tracking, POD only works with saved routes. After optimizing your route:
   1. Click Save and give your route a name.
   2. Make sure the saved route is sent or shared with your driver via email or the mobile link.
2. Go to Settings in the app.
3. Under “Arrival Notification Behavior”, select Show Visit-Status Page

This ensures that when a driver arrives at a stop, a notification with Delivery Status automatically appears, letting them mark status and upload delivery proof.

4. At each stop, when this page is shown:

   The driver can:
   1. Tap Delivery Status to bring up the Visit-Status Page
   2. Mark the delivery as None, Visited, Not Visited, or Other
   3. Add Pictures (e.g., of the delivered package, location, or a signed document)
   4. Add comments or notes about the stop

   All of this information is automatically saved to your tracking report.

5. View POD in the Tracking Report
   Back in your account (on desktop or mobile), you can open the Tracking Report for the route.
   Here, you’ll see:
   1. The status of each stop
   2. Timestamps for when the stop was visited
   3. Any photos or comments uploaded as Proof of Delivery

   This makes it easy to:

   1. Confirm deliveries were made
   2. Check what happened at each stop
   3. Share delivery proof with customers if needed
