Every MyRouteOnline plan, from Basic to Business, includes the same full set of features. Route optimization, multi-driver dispatch, proof of delivery, the driver app, and everything else are standard on every tier. The only thing that changes between plans is how many address credits you get each month, not which features you can access.
All features are included regardless of which plan you’re on:
None of these are held back for higher tiers, and none require an add-on purchase to unlock. Every plan starts with all 11, whether that plan covers 50 addresses a month or 15,000.
A lot of route planning software prices its base plan low, then either charges separately for features many businesses assume are already included, or holds those features back for a more expensive tier. This shows up differently depending on the vendor, but the pattern is common across the category.
| Feature | How competitors handle it | MyRouteOnline |
| Customer or driver notifications | Route4Me bills text notifications as a paid add-on, around $20 per user per month. Onfleet bills SMS messaging separately from its base subscription | Included on every plan |
| Proof of delivery | Zeo excludes proof of delivery from its entry-level plan entirely, it only becomes available on a higher tier. OptimoRoute includes it on its Pro plan but not its entry-level Lite plan | Included on every plan |
Both of these are confirmed patterns, not isolated to a single competitor. Notifications and proof of delivery are exactly the kind of feature a small business assumes is standard, and in at least three tools in this category, it isn’t, either as a paid extra or something reserved for a pricier tier.
If a feature is good enough to build, it’s good enough to include, not something to sell back to you a second time. That’s the whole reasoning behind this change. A business on the Basic plan, planning a smaller volume of addresses, has access to the exact same feature set as a business on the Business plan planning thousands. Growing doesn’t mean unlocking anything new, it just means your address credits go further into a busier month. If your business slows down, the same is true in reverse, you’re never paying for capability you’re not using.
This isn’t just about MyRouteOnline specifically, it’s worth knowing what to look for on any route planning tool’s pricing page:
Route4Me bills customer text notifications as a paid add-on, roughly $20 per user per month. Onfleet bills SMS messaging separately from its base plan. Zeo excludes proof of delivery from its entry-level plan, and OptimoRoute includes proof of delivery only on its Pro tier, not its entry-level Lite plan. MyRouteOnline includes both notifications and proof of delivery on every plan, with no add-on or tier requirement.
No. If you’re on any current MyRouteOnline plan, you already have access to every feature, starting now. There’s nothing separate to enable or purchase.
Address credits. Each plan includes a set number of addresses you can plan per month, and pricing scales with that number, not with which features you can access.
Yes. The full feature set is included regardless of whether you’re on a recurring monthly plan or Pay As You Go.
